A subscription-based specialist clinic for men. Lab-driven, provider-supervised peptide and hormone therapies, integrative weight loss, recovery, and longevity care. Two Western clinics. Telehealth across Wyoming and Idaho.
Membership gets you direct provider access — not 7-minute appointments and a stopwatch. Sign up through our portal, get a phone line to your peptide specialist, and a treatment plan built around you.
This is what we do, every day. Testosterone, peptide therapies, hormone optimization, integrative weight loss, and recovery — not as side services, as our core practice.
Two clinics in the rural Mountain West with a third coming in Utah. We see ranchers, contractors, athletes, executives, and the men who actually live and work out here.
Lab-driven, provider-supervised hormone optimization for men with clinically diagnosed low testosterone.
Peptide-based protocols designed to support the body's repair and recovery processes.
Individualized protocols built around your training, schedule, and performance goals.
Medical evaluation, individualized plans, and long-term support — not a one-size protocol.
Proactive strategies for the long game, built around your biomarkers — not generic age-bracket averages.
Discreet, judgment-free care for men's intimate health concerns. Evaluated and treated like any other condition.
Support for focus, mood, sleep, and mental clarity — addressed alongside the rest of your physiology.
Platelet-rich plasma applications evaluated for appropriateness on a patient-by-patient basis.
Non-invasive treatment options. Indications and suitability determined during clinical evaluation.
IV nutrient and hydration support, administered under clinical supervision.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks your body uses every day to signal, repair, and regulate. Hormones, in many cases, are themselves peptides. They are not steroids in the bodybuilding sense, not magic, and not free from risk.
At Cowboy Health we practice within an integrative and functional medicine framework. Peptide therapies are one part of how your provider may approach a treatment plan — alongside conventional medicine, lifestyle, labs, and ongoing monitoring.
Read the Full Education PageEvery peptide we prescribe is sourced from licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies — never from research-chemical retailers or grey-market sources.
Nothing ships, nothing administers, without a licensed provider's evaluation, order, and prescription. No exceptions.
Many peptides are used off-label or under compounding exemptions. Your provider will tell you the FDA status of any therapy discussed before you decide.
You're met by a Cowboy Health Peptide Specialist and a Medical Assistant. They are your concierge for the rest of your relationship within Cowboy Health — single point of contact, direct phone line, real people who know your file.
Your specialist arranges any labs that are required for the package you're considering, a comprehensive ShapeScale body composition scan (3D photorealistic — body fat, lean mass, regional changes), a full medical history, and a vitals assessment.
You move into our consultation room. Your specialist walks you through how peptides and hormones work, answers your questions, and identifies the service categories worth discussing with the provider — so you walk into that conversation informed.
The provider enters the consultation, interprets your lab and body scan results, makes clinical recommendations, and — if appropriate — orders and prescribes treatment packages tailored to your overall medical picture.
Your specialist arranges payment and coordinates the shipment from our 503A compounding pharmacy directly to your door. Follow-up appointments are scheduled per your provider's protocol before you leave.
You leave with the direct phone number to your Peptide Specialist and complete access to the communications, services, and information appropriate to your package. We're built around relationships, not call centers.
Initial TRT visits typically take 90 minutes. By the end of that window, lab results, scan, intake, and provider consultation give us enough to determine whether you can begin TRT the same day. Treatment packages for other services follow the same workflow, with timing adjusted based on the diagnostics required.
Treatment plans at Cowboy Health are built around your labs, your goals, and what your provider determines is clinically appropriate. We don't post fixed prices because no two plans are identical — and we'd rather quote you accurately than advertise a number that doesn't apply to your situation.
Any labs required for your treatment package are included in the package quote. Additional tests or services outside the scope of your specific package are the patient's financial responsibility and will be disclosed in advance.
Membership sign-up takes a few minutes. Your Peptide Specialist will reach out to schedule your first visit.
We're a subscription-based men's health specialist clinic — not a primary care practice. We focus specifically on peptides, hormones, integrative weight loss, recovery, and longevity medicine. Patients sign up for a membership through our portal, and from there work directly with their Peptide Specialist and provider.
Not all services require labs. When labs are required for the treatment package you and your provider select, those labs are included in the package. Any additional tests or services outside the specific package you choose are the patient's financial responsibility, and will always be disclosed in advance.
An initial TRT visit typically runs about 90 minutes. By the end, we usually have enough information from labs, the body composition scan, intake, and provider consultation to determine whether you can begin TRT the same day. Other service packages follow the same general structure with timing adjusted to the diagnostics involved.
Exclusively from licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies. We never source from research-chemical retailers, grey-market suppliers, or any unlicensed channel. All peptide and hormone therapies are prescribed by your provider and shipped directly to your door from the compounding pharmacy.
Some are; many aren't, particularly for the specific indications discussed in integrative medicine. We practice within an integrative and functional medicine framework and make no claim that peptide therapies are FDA-approved treatments for specific illnesses. Your provider will disclose the FDA status of any therapy under consideration before you decide. More on this here.
